Chef Chelsy Pedersen-Buck has been cooking since childhood. After high school, she decided to pursue cooking as her career. She attended the University of Central Florida's Rosen College of Hospitality Management and obtained her Bachelor's of Science in Restaurant Management. After graduation, she proceeded to further her knowledge of various cuisines and techniques at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts. After nearly a decade in the food service industry, she embarked on launching a food truck concept entitled ROLL the WORLD. As plans shifted, she instead developed RTW Cuisine Catering & Meal Prep and has been sharing her love of international flavors and passion for genuine hospitality with everyone she and her team serve.
In 2020, Chef Chelsy switched gears from traditional catering and launched two virtual brands, Smothered and SIP, which both highlight her Southern and Caribbean heritage in uniquely different ways. She is happy to delight the taste buds of Orlando foodies with indulgent and comforting foods.
